Celebrity and unauthorized content is strictly prohibited
Do not upload, generate, clone, imitate, or distribute the voice, likeness, performance, recording, or work of a celebrity, public figure, or any other third party unless you have explicit authorization for the intended use. “For entertainment,” tribute, or similar labels do not waive this requirement.
Use content you are allowed to process
Uploading a file does not transfer ownership. You must hold the necessary recording, composition, performance, and voice permissions for your intended use.
Consent matters
A recognizable person's voice must not be cloned or represented without authorization. Satire or experimentation does not remove obligations around consent and deception.
Reports and removal
Rights holders or their authorized representatives may submit a report to the support email below, with the necessary ownership, authorization, or infringement information. We review valid rights claims: support@yamivio.com.
Detection, reports, and enforcement
If our systems, human review, or a report identifies content that may violate these rules, we may, without prior notice, pause processing, restrict access, remove or delete the content, freeze or reverse related credits, and suspend or permanently disable the associated account. For serious, repeated, or potentially unlawful violations, we may retain relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests.
